This e-learning showcases that asynchronous e-learning can still create opportunities for reflection and critical thinking. This course is all about helping leaders figure out what kind of leader they want to be. This course gives learners the opportunity to explore what matters most to them, define their personal leadership values, and create a leadership vision that feels real and not like some generic mission statement.
